Submit a Warranty Claim

Abaco is proud to provide the best customer services in the business and part of that comes from providing our Lifetime Limited Warranty with Accidental Damage Protection.

You break 'em, we replace 'em! If any harm befalls your favorite sunglasses, we've got you covered. Follow the instructions below to submit a claim.

1 - Are Your Sunglasses Registered?

Before you can submit a claim your sunglasses must be registered. If you haven't registered them yet, it's simple. Click here to get started.

2 - Create a Claim

Once your Abacos are registered, you'll be able to sign in to your account dashboard. 

After signing in, find your sunglasses on the warranty card you previously registered and select the Create Claim button.

Fill out the form and you're done. We aim to process all claims within 5 business days.
